Our holiday home offers clear and transparent rates, ranging from €150 to €260 per night depending on the season. These rental details, together with simple and straightforward booking conditions, ensure a smooth stay with no unpleasant surprises.

Long stays & special offers

What’s included in the rental

  • The Mas is entirely for your private use (house, terraces and swimming pool).
  • Private saltwater swimming pool (electrolysis). When the pool is heated, the heat pump is set to 28 °C. However, this temperature cannot be guaranteed, as the actual water temperature depends on weather conditions. In April, May and October, pool heating may be provided on request for an additional €5 per day when weather conditions are sufficiently favourable, particularly when night-time temperatures do not remain below 15 °C for prolonged periods and daytime conditions reasonably allow guests to enjoy the pool.
  • Fully equipped outdoor kitchen (barbecue, plancha).
  • Table tennis, pétanque balls and pool toys.
  • Household linen provided according to the number of guests (bed linen, towels and kitchen towels).
  • Utilities included (water, electricity and heating), subject to reasonable use.

Booking terms

  • A written rental agreement is drawn up for each booking.
  • A 30% deposit is required at the time of booking. Payment must be made within 3 days of the rental agreement being sent.
  • The remaining balance of 70% must be paid no later than 30 days before arrival.
  • For bookings made less than 30 days before arrival, the full amount of the stay is due at the time of booking.
  • A €700 security deposit is secured exclusively through the Swikly platform (the amount is blocked but not debited). The secure link is sent approximately 15 days before arrival.
  • Proof of insurance covering holiday rental risks must be provided before arrival.

Stay conditions

Maximum capacity

  • The house accommodates up to 8 guests, including a maximum of 6 adults.

  • Possible combinations: e.g. 6 adults + 2 children, or 4 adults + 4 children.

  • We are strict about this rule to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

Pets

  • Pets are accepted on request and subject to prior approval, with a maximum of 2 pets.
  • Guests are responsible for their pets, for any damage or disturbance they may cause, and for keeping the property clean.
  • Pets must be properly treated against external parasites, particularly fleas and ticks, before arrival.

Respect for the neighbourhood

  • Le Mas du Camisard is located in a peaceful setting, ideal for relaxing.
  • To preserve the peace and quiet of the neighbourhood, we ask guests to keep noise to a minimum from 10:00 p.m. onwards.
  • The swimming pool and table tennis may be used until 10:00 p.m.
  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
