Our holiday home offers clear and transparent rates, ranging from €140 to €260 per night depending on the season. These rental details, together with simple and straightforward booking conditions, ensure a smooth stay with no unpleasant surprises.

Long stays & special offers

  • For stays of two weeks or more (especially in high season), a preferential rate may apply.

  • During the low and mid seasons, we occasionally offer special deals or additional benefits (e.g. free nights depending on the calendar).

What’s included in the rental

  • The property is entirely private (house, terraces and pool).

  • Salt pool (electrolysis), heated out of season by a heat pump (weather permitting).

  • Fully equipped summer kitchen (barbecue, plancha).

  • Table tennis, pétanque boules, pool games.

  • Bed linen provided in proportion to the number of guests (sheets, towels, tea towels).

  • Utilities included (water, electricity, heating) subject to reasonable use.

Booking terms

  • A written contract is issued for every booking.

  • A 30% deposit is payable upon signing the contract.

  • The balance is due no later than 30 days before arrival.

  • A €700 security deposit is requested via the secure Swikly platform (amount blocked but not debited).

  • A holiday / third-party liability insurance certificate must be provided by the guest (usually included in your home insurance).

Stay conditions

Maximum capacity

  • The house accommodates up to 8 guests, including a maximum of 6 adults.

  • Possible combinations: e.g. 6 adults + 2 children, or 4 adults + 4 children.

  • We are strict about this rule to ensure comfort and safety for everyone.

Pets

  • Pets are welcome 🐕.

  • We kindly ask owners to ensure their pets remain clean, well-behaved, and respectful of the property.

Respect for the neighbourhood

  • The house is located in a peaceful environment, ideal for relaxation.

  • To preserve the tranquillity of the area, please respect quiet hours after 10 p.m.

  • Parties and events are strictly prohibited.
